Jenna's Visit

My sister, Jenna, was able to stay with us for a week and a half after our family trip to Copper Mountain. We had a blast! I took Jenna to all the hot spots in Colorado Springs. I discovered that there's actually a lot to do here! I loved being able to hang out, laugh, and just be silly with my sister again! We love you, J!

We were stereotypical tourists this week with our cameras out everywhere, but we had fun and have great pictures to show for it! Thanks for visiting us, Jenna! We miss you already!

Copper Mountain

My family made the 14+ hour drive all the way from California to spend a week snowboarding with us at Copper Mountain. My Uncle Jack from CA, my grandparents from NE, and my Aunt Mary and cousin Luke from CO joined us as well. We had a sweet condo that actually fit all of us and was just a few minutes walk away from the lift. My mom watched Chloe so that I could have fun boarding. God totally blessed us with amazing weather as well as a few days of fresh knee deep powder. It was such as joy to spend time with our family. Thanks Mom and Dad for making our vacation with you so special!

Chloe's Great Grandparents

Fun at Focus on the Family

Focus on the Family is a popular Christian organization that is based here in Colorado Springs. It has an amazing Adventures in Odyssey themed play area for kids. There is even have a cool toddler room which is perfect for Chloe. We went there with our neighbor and her son. Chloe was in 7th heaven! She had a blast crawling through the log tunnels and playing in the red canoe! I'm pretty sure we'll be going back there many times!

Chloe is really starting to enjoy other little people, especially the boys! I think we have arrived at the "playdate" stage!
